What to expect?

An Antara Sound Journey lasts a whole afternoon and evening.

We start at 13:00 by arriving in the room where you will be individually guided to quietly choose your spot in the room. You will be given plenty of time to fully land in your body, parking everything you no longer need for a while. Fully present in the here and now. The first layer of stress and tension can slowly melt away thanks to the communal silence, a guided meditation and the intuitive movement moment.

Then, in clarity and peace, we set your intention in which you tune in to what you need, what you can ask or manifest for yourself.

Afterwards we start the sound journey. 

You are invited to close your eyes comfortably on your mat for coming together, being together and connecting. Connecting with yourself and your surroundings, guided by the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.

The destination and purpose of this inner journey is up to you. 

A deep meditative state or admitting intense emotions, fatigue or visualisations are just some of the experiences you may encounter. The safe, warm and supportive setting of the sound journey, combined with an open consciousness, helps you to live, feel and integrate your realisations more strongly. 

The pure powerful sounds and vibrations harmonise and order your body. This releases tensions and blockages and promotes your body’s self-healing capacity and the flow of energy. This cultivates a more inner harmony on both the physical and mental-emotional body. 

We end the day with a sharing round and a connection moment followed by a delicious vegetarian meal with fresh drinks and tea.
