It’s a six-month container that meets you where you are and walks with you as your breath becomes an anchor in daily life.

What you’ll experience

Each circle opens softly — arriving in the body with breath, awareness, and simple movement.
From there, we work with conscious, connected breathing to meet what’s alive: tension, emotion, questions, silence. Nothing needs fixing. There is space to feel and to breathe it through.

this work is gentle yet deep. If you’re currently pregnant, have a serious cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric condition, or have concerns about intense breathing practices, please reach out beforehand so we can find the safest approach for you.

Over the years I’ve guided many people through breathwork, bodywork, and sound, learning directly from what the body reveals when it’s given space to speak.
My background brings together years of breathwork, somatic practice, and body-based therapy. A practice shaped by what each nervous system reveals when we truly listen. In our sessions I bring that same attentive presence, a blend of structure and intuition, safety and depth.

My approach is gentle yet precise, rooted in the understanding that every breath and every sensation carries its own wisdom. I hold a calm, supportive space where breath, touch points, sound, and movement help the body feel safe enough to soften and release what’s ready.

We move at your natural pace, with presence, clarity, and care.
