These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store at www.antara.be, at any physical locations operated by Antara, and to all booked services or sessions. By placing an order or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
1. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable Belgian VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Ethical note:
We do not offer “free shipping” as part of our commitment to conscious consumption. Shipping costs are calculated transparently to reflect the true logistics cost and reduce overconsumption.
2. International Orders and Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
- Orders are dispatched from Belgium within 3–5 business days.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
3. Returns & Cancellations for Products
Customers have the legal right to return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, in immaculate condition, and in its original packaging.
- No damage is acceptable, even minor tears or dents on packaging.
- Please reuse the original shipping box for the return.
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and approving the returned item.
- Refunds cannot be processed for products or packaging that are damaged in any way.
Mandatory pre-approval step:
Before shipping your return, you must email us clear photos of the product and its original packaging, including the shipping box. To confirm authenticity, the Antara business card included in your order must be clearly visible in the photo. Without these photos, we cannot approve or process your return.
How to initiate a return:
Send an email to returns@antara.be with your order number (found in your confirmation email) as the subject line.
Important:
We cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS, Przelewy24
- Bank transfer (via pro forma invoice)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)
All transactions are secured and encrypted using TLS technology.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is used exclusively for order processing, customer communication, and—where explicit consent is given—for marketing purposes such as newsletters.

7. Disclaimer and Conditions for Services
- Antara provides bodywork, breathwork, and sound-based sessions intended exclusively to support relaxation and overall well-being.
- These sessions are not a substitute for medical examinations, diagnoses, treatments, or therapies. If you have health concerns or doubts about participation, it is your responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional beforehand.
- By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and that you have disclosed all relevant health information (including injuries, chronic conditions, or allergies) prior to the session.
- Antara cannot be held liable for injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information or participation against medical advice.
- Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Services
- Booked sessions and multi-session packages are non-refundable, including cases of dissatisfaction or early termination of a package.
- Cancellation policy for individual sessions:
- Within 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund.
- Within 24 hours before the appointment: no refund.
- Rescheduling is possible only with timely notice and mutual agreement.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) results in no refund or compensation.
8. Liability for Products
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate and up to date, but cannot be held liable for minor inaccuracies or typographical errors.
- All products are intended for external use only (where applicable). Always read product descriptions and usage instructions carefully.
- Antara is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or failure to follow instructions.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
- These terms are governed by Belgian law.
- In the event of a dispute, we encourage an amicable solution first.
- If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
